Youth MHFA Refresher - Four Hour Course

Introduction

The Youth Mental Health First Aid Refresher course is essential for maintaining the skills and confidence needed to support young people aged 8–18. This four-hour session allows certified Youth Mental Health First Aiders to update their knowledge of the mental health landscape, practice the MHFA action plan through contemporary case studies, and stay informed on the latest research and safety guidance. By completing this training every three years, you ensure your qualification remains valid and your ability to provide vital early intervention stays sharp, empowering you to continue making a positive impact on the wellbeing of the young people in your care.
